Anyone have any luck connecting 256x128 panels? I got the library working great with a 128x64 panel, but could really use some better resolution for my application.
I found 256x128 boards with 26 pin inputs. Possibly this is HUB320?
I saw this issue here, and tried wiring up similar, but just getting static when I use the library (tried parallel, etc).
The vendor recommended a Novastar sending/receiving setup, but would much rather use the Pi4 and this wonderful library. (I’ll put links to the recommended setup in a comment.)
This is the first time I hear of those,
it’s a new setup, new chip, new way to drive it and new cable. Unless you write it yourself or pay someone to write it, it’s probably not likely to happen unfortunately.
Also, note that panels that do not have an output plug, cannot be chained, so you’ll really want an FPGA card with lots of output cables to run a bunch of those.
