URGENT - will not power on at all!

im really stumped..I’m working with a 128x64 HUB75 RGB LED panel connected through an ElectroDragon RGB Matrix HAT to a Raspberry Pi. I’m using the rpi-rgb-led-matrix library, and I’ve already rebuilt it multiple times, tested different --led-row-addr-type, --led-no-hardware-pulse, --led-pwm-bits, and gpio mapping settings. The panel did light up before, and sometimes it will flicker but as soon as I power-cycle the PSU and reboot, the panel ignores the demo commands entirely and stays dark. can you help?

this is my matrix driver

those are my LEDs:

this is my regulator that is supplying up to 15Amps

this is my schematic the only thing tht i did different here is the HAT is a different one (its the one i linked) and it also doesnt have the photointerrupter on it soldered.

this is it when it lit up that one time

Your panel has an incompatible driver F6373C.

There is no way to make this panel work with the library.

If that’s the link to the board you’re using… then it has a fault.

The page you listed above has a link to the explanation (MPC1119-error-dat.md).

I thought Electrodragon were shipping replacements to everyone who had purchased this version - if you contact them with the purchase details I’m sure they’ll do a replacement…

… or you can fix the one you’ve got until the replacement arrives.

@board707 already answered, chip FM6373 does not work at this time and is not going to work unti someone puts significant work into a new driver
