128x64 HUB75E has red columns

Basically I connected a Raspberry pi zero 2W with jumper wires as told on the docs. Anything I get showing on the screen, those red columns also show in the same position. ALWAYS.

I basically have the power source being a USB-C cable. Connected a PD Trigger to wires in the panel as it’s power supply.

The pi zero 2 W is connected independently.

Do you have any idea what is happening here?

Have you verified this panel works ok with any other driver?
Do you have any other panel to test with?
Basically I have seen this on one of my panels and the panel was bad, I think yours is too
