Display Matrix Boards

I have burnt out two RPI 4 plugging in 5v to matrix board plus 5v to RPI 4 display panels have their own 5v then I watch 1000+ YouTube channels just for folks to show me how nice they look but not how they did it download hzeller@github then what,what do I do with the unzip package (I Don’t Know) what code how do I use it and to where terminal then why mention Python all to clone,make,ls,cd desktop how?oh forget it anybody want to buy my stuff,cheap!!
