Differencess regular or adafruit cap wiring?

I am also setting up my intermediate circuit to make my own class 3.3v>5v to it.

but something caught my attention in the wiring documentation!

According to the library shared by the hzels, OE pin GPIO 18 is connected in normal wiring, but GPIO 4 is connected in line mode.

Also, do we have a problem when I change the location of the pins other than the SPI assignments?
