How to adress separately rows of pannels?

Hi,

My goal is to create a pit board that displays 3 rows of information independent from each other and entered from a command line.
Is it a way to select separately one of the 3 rows of chained panels and of course use 3 separate commands?

Alternatively; is it a way to generate a text file over 3 lines, the text-example allows only one line?
